Privacy notice

How we handle personal data when you visit Stradell or request early access. Updated 7 November 2026.

Who is responsible

Covaryn GmbH, Friedrichstr. 155, 10117 Berlin, Germany, operates Stradell and is the controller of your personal data.

Website hosting and security

Our website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer and its infrastructure providers process technical request data, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and secure the website.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website and preventing misuse.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand aggregate visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and countries. Framer processes the IP address and browser user agent to count daily unique visitors using a daily changing identifier. Framer states that its analytics does not store the IP address or use cookies or persistent identifiers.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. We do not use advertising pixels, third-party marketing analytics or an embedded booking service on this website.

When you request early access

Our early-access form collects your name, work email address and company name. We process these details, together with any subsequent correspondence, to review and respond to your early-access request. All three fields are required; you may also contact us by email.

Where you contact us about entering a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business inquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts and discussing our services.

Who receives data and international transfers

Personal data is accessible to authorised people at Covaryn and service providers needed for website hosting, security, form processing and email delivery. Framer acts as a processor for website and form data. We may also disclose data where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Framer and its providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Framer’s data processing terms provide for adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards or a copy.

How long we retain data

We retain technical data only for as long as needed to deliver and protect the website and investigate incidents. We retain inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. Where legal retention obligations apply, or records are needed for legal claims, we retain the relevant data for that purpose and restrict other use. Data is deleted when these purposes no longer apply.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You can exercise your rights by emailing contact@stradell.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work. Our local authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Automated decisions

We do not use the data described in this notice for automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
